 ** Irish Beef and Guinness Stew

Celebrating a little Irish American culture this month with a hearty stew thats leveled up with

the deep complex flavors of Guinness beer.  Beef cuts are slowly braised with vegetables and aromatics.


* Swordfish with Charred Corn and Mango Salsa

Pan Roasted swordfish steak is topped with a delicious corn and mango salsa.


 ** Almond Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

A Chinese American favorite.  Small cuts of chicken breast are stir fried along with carrots,

red pepper, onions and toasted almonds and finished in velvety sauce


Hawaiian Spiced Pineapple Flank Steak
Not quite tropical outside yet, but this dish will

remind you of the tropics with its robust seasoned flank steak served with

roasted pineapples and delicious pineapple mustard sauce.


Pork Chop "Au Poivre"

Pan seared seasoned chops are served draped by a classic

creamed shallot brandy peppercorn sauce.  Voila!




 ** - dishes that can be converted to vegetarian


* - Swordfish if available or at a fair market price.  Otherwise, a substitute

fish (cod, salmon, haddock, etc..) may be used.
